Any size is available for width below 8 meter.
For a width of more than 8 meter, we could stitch 2 pieces into 1 piece by sewing machine.

Can’t find the right color? Please send us your color sample by 10cm x 10cm, we are your reliable shade cloth manufacturer, our color masterbatch supplier will customize colors.

 

 

Normal package materials are PE bags, PVC handle bags, inner cartons, and outer cartons. Please send us your package pictures, as a shade sail manufacturer, we could customize it according to your idea.

BN NETTING has 12 production lines of advanced raschel knitting machines, 23 sets of sewing machines and 8 sets of stitching grommets machines.

BN Netting has rich experience in polyethylene netting Knitting Structure Design and Quality Control.

All the nettings have been tested before delivery. Specially for anti-aging test, we use UV tester machine to simulate the sunny, rainy, windy, snowy condition and test the tensile strength.

There are 15 senior engineers in our Research&Development Team. They can design any raschel structure netting to meet customers’ demand.

BN Netting has pass through the IOS 9001 Certification, SGS, TUV and BV certifications. For debris safety netting, we pass MSDS and NFPA-701 Method 2 tests and meet the requirements.

BN NETTING can ship HDPE nettings to your port in your country, we supply the FOB & CIF Price and we also can supply the door to door service. The service is DDP or DDU.
