Beam machines knitting

Beam machines knitting brings flat and nice netting. We use the Beam Machine to knit debris safety netting instead of Roller Machine. Roller is a small tube rolled by shorter yarns. Beam is a very big tube rolled by longer yarns. Debris Safety Netting fabric made by Beam Knitting Machine is more flat and tidy, less knot.

Debris safety netting is durable, heavy duty polyethylene netting for using on scaffolding to protect pedestrians and traffic from falling debris. Generally, we divide them into 2 kinds applications. One is safety debris netting for guardrail debris protection, scaffolding enclosures or visual safety debris net barriers.   • Can you cut scaffolding debris netting?

    Yes, the netting can be cut if you needed. One roll length of debris netting is 50 meter or longer. If you need only several meter length, you can cut it. The netting doesn’t fray when cut.

  • What is debris netting?

    Debris netting is designed to use on scaffolding to protect workers against falling and protect pedestrians from debris. It is durable and heavy duty knitted polyethylene netting. 

  • What height is required for safety net?

    UK standard is as the below.
    Safety nets system S meets the requirements according to EN 1263-1 and EN 1263-2. Safety nets can be used with a maximum falling height up to 6 m (3 m within 2 m of the edge). Install the Safety net as close as possible to the working level, preferably within 2 m.

     

    US standard is as the below.
    4’ , 5’6”, 8’, 12’ are popular height in US market.

     

  • What is purpose of netting orange mesh?

    Netting orange mesh is Orange Flame Retardant 1/4" Mesh Debris Netting which is a 1/4” knitted mesh material generally comes into 4' x 150’ and 5'6" x 150’, commonly used for guardrail debris protection, scaffolding enclosures or visual safety debris net barriers.

     

  • Should scaffolding have netting?

    Netting on scaffolding may be used as either fall protection or to prevent debris falling from height. And netting will keep the passengers from falling debris. Netting should not be relied on as the sole means of preventing a fall from height.

     

     

  • When can vertical safety netting be removed?

    Vertical safety netting systems may be removed from floors where the facade has been installed and all such openings in the facade, including for windows, have been permanently enclosed to a height of at least 60 inches (1524 mm) above the floor.

     

     

  • What is safety netting used for?

    Safety netting are durable and heavy duty and used to save lives and reduce injuries on job site by absorbing energy from a falling body. Rigged to the underside of the structure, they are normally used as the primary means of protection due to their close proximity to the working level.

     

  • How long does debris netting last?

    Normally debris netting is sold with a limited 1 year warranty against UV failure. The warranty is subject to use in conditions only, and does not cover wear and tear or weather damage, but warrants the netting against UV failure for 1 year from invoice date.

    We mainly produce privacy fence screening, shade net, shade sail, safety netting, and other kinds of plastic nets. 

  • How about your delivery time?

    Generally, it will take 15 days to finish the 1x20GP container and 25 days to finish the 1x40HQ container. If the quantity is more than 3 containers, we could discuss delivery with customers and give customers quick delivery. 

  • How do we control quality?
